It handles table orders, kitchen and bar display screens, cash, card and mobile money payments, inventory, staff permissions with an activity log, and double-entry accounting.
Yes. LoungeOS runs on a Windows computer in your venue, and phones and tablets connect to it over your own Wi-Fi. Orders, kitchen and bar screens, payments, stock and reports all keep working during internet outages. You only need internet to activate or renew your licence. How offline mode works.
In the FCFA zone, 30,000 FCFA per month, 25,000 FCFA per month on a 6-month plan or 20,000 FCFA per month on a yearly plan. Prices are set by region, for example ₦35,000 a month in Nigeria and US$49 a month in the US. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited terminals, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card. Yes. Cashiers record MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money payments with the transaction reference, alongside cash and card, and can split one bill across several methods. Payments and mobile money.
The app interface is available in English and French. XAF (FCFA), USD, EUR, GBP, NGN and GHS are built in, and you can add any other currency and your local tax rates.
Your data is stored on your own computer, in a local database, and is not sent to external servers during operation. Sessions time out automatically, failed logins are logged, and you can make encrypted backups and restore them on a new computer.
