Prices by region
LoungeOS is built in Cameroon and used across Africa and beyond. A price that is fair in Douala is not automatically fair in Lagos or London, so we set prices by region. When you visit this page, prices are shown in your local currency automatically.

Prices exclude any local taxes that apply to software subscriptions. The FCFA price applies in Cameroon and the other CEMAC and UEMOA countries that use the CFA franc. Your checkout confirms the final amount before you pay.

The monthly fee is only part of what a POS costs. Before you compare plans, count:

In the US, restaurant plans from the big cloud POS brands usually start around $60–$69 per location per month. Extra devices, kitchen screens and card processing fees come on top. A full-service restaurant with five handheld devices and two kitchen screens can easily pay several times the headline price. With LoungeOS the price on this page is the price, whether you run two terminals or twenty.
Enterprise and multi-site

Frequently asked questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The 30-day trial includes every feature and unlimited terminals, and you do not need a credit card. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to keep using LoungeOS.
Are there any setup or per-device fees?
No. There are no setup fees on the monthly, 6-month and yearly plans, and no per-device fees. On-site installation and training are available with Enterprise.
Does LoungeOS take a percentage of my sales?
No. LoungeOS is a flat subscription. Card and mobile money fees, if any, are charged by your bank or mobile money operator.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Create an account at account.loungeos.app, choose your plan and pay at checkout. For billing questions write to billing@loungeos.app.
Why are prices different in different countries?
Costs of living, incomes and competing products vary a lot between markets. Regional pricing keeps LoungeOS affordable for a snack bar in Yaoundé and fairly priced for a restaurant in Europe, with the same features everywhere.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and keep working until the end of the paid period. 6-month and yearly plans are paid upfront in exchange for the lower monthly price.
